Your use constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
Mission Relief reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

Refund Policy

At Mission Relief, we work hard to ensure you have a trouble-free journey when making a donation and we want to make it as smooth as possible. However, we realise that sometimes errors can happen.

Mission Relief is generally not able to refund donations but we will consider a refund of any duplicate donations made in error (if, for example, you clicked on the Donate button more than once). In such cases the donor should contact Mission Relief on: info@missionrelief.org.uk

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
